The consults are designed to educate you on the science behind nutrition and why balance and moderation is key to a healthy body and a healthy and happy mind. 

 

We provide face-to-face services to surrounding suburbs; Kalkallo, Mickleham, Donnybrook, Craigieburn, Epping and all suburbs in between. We come to YOU for our face-to-face consults alternatively, we can meet at your local cafe for a relaxed consult over a cuppa.
