Alessandra Collins

Alessandra is a professional and accredited Nutritionist, passionate about health, nutrition, and happiness. She developed her passion for nutrition, through her own personal struggle and journey to lose weight and live a healthier, happier life. She's spent most of her life constantly feeling self-conscious, overweight, and always had an unhealthy relationship with food.

Throughout the years she has worked hard to improve her health, whilst also studying for her 3-year bachelor's degree in Food and Nutrition Science. Though her knowledge comes from years of study and backed by evidence-based science, her passion, empathy, and supportive nature comes from her own experiences and struggles of weight loss and self-confidence. 

Alessandra's sole purpose is to educate and provide life-long tools to others and make weight loss less stressful so you can still enjoy life without feeling restricted or anxious. She strongly believes that nutrition is only a stepping stone in developing a healthier lifestyle, a strong mindset, and regular fitness are also fundamental components in overall health and wellbeing.
